Why we collect candidate information

Swift Assist operates a general talent network. We use information you submit to understand your experience, assess potential fit and contact you when a relevant client mandate arises. Joining the network is not an application to a specific vacancy and does not guarantee an introduction or appointment.

What we may collect

This can include contact details, location, work authorisation, availability, employment history, skills, tool experience, compensation expectations, a résumé or portfolio and correspondence with us.

How information may be used and shared

We may review and organise candidate information, contact you about suitable opportunities and share a relevant profile with a client when progressing a potential match. We will not sell your personal information.

Retention

Candidate information may be retained for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future mandates, unless a different period is required or permitted by applicable law. You may ask us to remove or update your information sooner.

To request access, correction or deletion, email candidates@swiftassist.co. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not reasonably needed for recruitment.
